Wi-Fi issues specific to certain rooms!!! Management's unavailability during emergencies creates unnecessary stress!!! The bar blocking practice for debts is uncomfortable and should be reconsidered!!!

relaxing, clean hotel with great services, i appreciated its quiet atmosphere. had the a double room which was new-fashioned for the kids sleep. location: the venue was just off downtown walking distance. i didn't want to say goodbye, had a wonderful experience and would happily go back again.

I booked it many times and recommend. The hotel itself was well-maintained. The setting was particularly good, close enough to restaurants and bars, a river and all the restaurants. Besides, Neo Fauna was nearby. The staff were both excellent and helpful.

The location is perfect for exploring, close to the beach and many restaurants. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the pools were just the right temperature, made for great relaxation. We enjoyed some snorkeling and zip-lining . I really liked how clean the pools were! The vibe in the community area was just awesome for chilling out after a long day.
